Defendant was stopped for speeding on Adamo Drive (St. Road 60) in Brandon, Florida and the Deputy noticed an odor of alcohol coming from his breath. He admitted to drinking, submitted to Field Sobriety Tests, failed, and later provided a breath sample above the legal limit. Based on Tampa DUI lawyer Stephen Higgins investigation into the facts of the case, the quality of his performance on the Field Sobriety Tests and the circumstances of his case, the DUI charge was reduced to a Reckless Driving.
