Orange County DUI 1985-CT-000709-A-E
The Defendant called Darren Finebloom about a DUI in Orange County where a warrant was issued for his arrest. Darren Finebloom immediately investigated the matter and discovered most of the evidence had been lost. He immediately filed a motion to dismiss based on the Statute of Limitations and the Court agreed. The DUI and warrant were completely dismissed on May 11, 2012.
