Petit Theft
The Defendant was accused of stealing one pair of pants from Dillards Department store. Darren Finebloom deposed all parties involved and it was revealed that the Defendant paid for 3 of the 4 items and wore the pants out. It was shown that the Defendant also placed the tag for the fourth item on the counter for payment but the employees simply did not see it and rushed to judgment. The case was set for trial and on the eve of the trial the State dropped all charges.
