The defendant was pulled over by the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office for a traffic violation. He was then at that point made to perform field sobriety tests by a DUI unit. After performing the field sobriety tests he blew into the breathalyzer machine and blew over a .08. His actual breath test was a .14. Darren Finebloom filed a motion to suppress on the defendants case arguing the validity of the stop and the detention of the defendant. The State Attorney’s Office reviewed the motion and agreed, and eventually reduced the charge to a reckless driving.
