Darren Finebloom filed a motion to dismiss all charges based on several grounds. The first ground was it was not pursuant to an actual insurance policy and through his investigation he was able to discover that the windshield actually had damage to it prior to the claim being filed. Based on this evidence the judge in Sarasota County dismissed all charges against the defendant.
