DUI AMENDED TO RECKLESS DRIVING – NO CONVICTION – (MAY 2009)
Client was stopped at a DUI checkpoint. The client performed field sobriety exercises and was arrested, later refusing the breath test. After a motion was filed regarding the checkpoint and a video of the field sobriety exercises was obtained, lawyers at Finebloom & Haenel were able to secure a Reckless Driving for the client with a withhold of adjudication.
