DWLS DROPPED AFTER JURY SELECTION
The Defendant came to our office with a 5 year suspension on her license. Darren Finebloom was able to set aside one of her suspensions and the 5 year license suspension. The State still wanted to go forward on the old driving while license suspended charge. Darren Finebloom picked a jury and on the eve of trial the State dismissed the charges. The client has a brand new license, no suspension, no jail no probation all charges dropped.
