Charge: DUI
Result: DUI Charge Reduced to Reckless Driving
The defendant was pulled over for a traffic violation. She was then made to perform field sobriety tests. She blew over the legal limit of a .08. She blew a .096 and a .104. Darren Finebloom was able to negotiate with the State Attorney’s Office a reduction in the charge from DUI to reckless driving.
