The defendant was down in Florida visiting from Wisconsin. She was pulled over for a traffic violation by a Manatee County Sheriff. She was then made to perform field sobriety exercises in which she was subsequently arrested and taken back to the Port Manatee Jail. She ended up blowing a .133 and was subsequently charged with DUI. Mr. Finebloom was able to negotiate, based on a valid motion to suppress, a reduction from DUI to reckless
driving with no conviction.
